Amanda is head of the firms’ mediation practice and is an accredited mediator specialising in high conflict cases and qualified to undertake direct consultation with children.

Our mediation team offers both legally aided and private mediation for couples who are divorcing or separating and need the assistance of a mediator for child arrangements, financial arrangements or where there are difficulties with communication.

We appreciate that it is not always possible for clients to take time off work to meet with a mediator. To assist with this, we can offer mediation meetings via Skype and also provide private Mediation Information Meetings (MIAMS) and mediation for children matters on Saturdays from 9.30am – 12.30pm by appointment.
