This past month sees NJLD veritably get into its full swing with opportunities for our members to meet. It has been a fantastic start to the year – and we are excited at what is to come!

With the new year comes a new and jam-packed plan of events for the Nottinghamshire Junior Lawyers’ Division (“NJLD”) after a (literally) award-winning 2025. All of us on this year’s Committee are thrilled to start packing your diaries with events for 2026, from social activities to professional networking events, from to career-oriented seminars to our summer and winter ball events!

We’re approaching the final stretch of the year before some well-deserved rest over the festive period. It’s been a full and fast-paced twelve months, and November and December have certainly kept that momentum going!

We have had another packed month of events with our biggest of the year just around the corner!

The autumn chill has arrived quickly this year, but that hasn’t stopped our members from getting out and having a great time! We’ve had a busy few weeks filled with fantastic events and even more are on the way.

What a summer it has been! With glorious weather and a buzzing calendar of events, we’ve enjoyed a season full of creativity and celebration. And the best part? The year is far from over - we have a packed programme ahead, and we can’t wait to see you at our upcoming events.

The first quarter of 2025 has been packed with fantastic events for our members. It’s been a brilliant start to the year — and there’s plenty more to come! March has been no different as we kicked things off with the much-loved John Pearce Quiz, always a highlight in our calendar. This year, we were delighted to be joined at the Annual Legal Service by Drew Dennis, Deputy Vice President of the Nottinghamshire Law Society. It was a meaningful occasion, bringing together the legal community to mark the start of a new legal year with tradition and ceremony.
