About the Speaker and Incommsec
Incomnsec Ltd was founded in 2010 designed to cover complementary services of Internet connectivity, communications in email and telephony and network security. Within the first two years of operations it was clear that cyber security was a an area that would become more critical as both connectivity and communications became more commoditised. The goal posts would keep changing with cyber security as new 'hacks' were performed new 'fixes' would be applied and new breaches would be created. Over the last half dozen years we have monitored and seen that cyber crime regularly generates a global income the equivalent to the third largest GDP. Incommsec's Vision is to help all businesses become even more secure than they are now. Our Mission is to do this ethically by providing the right advice for each situation and recipient.
