Description

Charles Newton & Co Solicitors are an expanding, well-established and respected family run CQS practice with two offices, at Eastwood and Ilkeston.

We are currently seeking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our busy Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Department with a view to early partnership appointment.

Skills and Responsibilities; 

An experienced Commercial and Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

You must be able to handle a wide caseload of Commercial and Residential Conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion including:

  • Sale and purchase of commercial property
  • Sale and purchase of various business transactions
  • Share sale and purchases of Companies and Asset sales
  • Freehold, Leasehold, Registered and Unregistered property
  • Remortgage transactions relating to commercial and residential property
  • Newbuilds acting for buyer and developer


Personal Skills

  • Able to offer excellent client service with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
