Childcare Solicitor

Full Time & Permanent

£40,578 to £45,648

Location: County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP and hybrid flexible working

 

We have an opportunity in our Litigation Team and are looking for a solicitor/barrister to join our award-winning Legal Team. We’re a friendly team and can promise that the work will be challenging, varied and rewarding.

The role will require experience of children and family law and involve the case management of public law proceedings as well as matters in the pre-proceedings framework.

Previous experience within a local government context relevant to the role being applied for is desirable but not essential. You must however be able demonstrate that they have a keen interest in working in the public sector and a willingness to learn new areas of law and ways of working.
