About the Role:

The main purpose of the Legal Executive role is to take responsibility for a caseload of files, whilst providing excellent client service and the management of completion targets. On joining us you will be working with an Assistant as your caseload grows, supported with the day to day running of the files, exchanges and completions giving you more time to focus on the legal aspects of a transaction and working with us to continually enhance the client experience.


Required Skills:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Conveyancing
  • Proven experience of running files, exchanges, and completions with responsibility for the full process 
  • Signing off files and authorising an Exchange of Contracts to take place on a sale and purchase
  • Managing relationships with clients, brokers, agents or other work providers 
  • Ensuring all processes are carried out efficiently using the case management system
  • Keeping up to date with new legislation 
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Good time management skills 
  • Good written, verbal and telephone communication skills
  • Good attention to detail with a methodical approach to administrative tasks
  • Team player who sees helping others as a fundamental part of the role
  • Good IT skills in order to quickly learn our Case Management System
  • Able to juggle priorities to ensure work is carried out in order of importance
  • A willingness to learn
