Stephen Warner, President, and his vice-President, Deborah Hutchinson completed a sponsored 24 hour drive round Mallory Park circuit Thursday, June 11th 2010. Stephen and Deborah took it in turns to drive an Ape (pronounced Appey), a tiny van operated by scooter controls, raising a figure of about £10,000 for charity, with sponsorship money still coming in. The charities who will benefit are Macmillan Cancer Support, the Alzheimer’s Society and the Railway Children for their projects with street children in India.

The person to be nearest to the correct mileage was Lucy Whitley of A B G sols who won the helicopter flight generously donated by Central Helicopters, Nottingham Airport, Tollerton.
