CAMRA Beer Festival

Nottinghamshire Law Society & the Galleries of Justice Museum 

Friday 20th September      6 pm to 11 pm

Ticket price includes a portion of fish and chips, and 5 tokens which can be exchanged for a 1/3 of a pint of beer each, 2 glasses of house wine or soft drinks.

Selection of Good Ales available.

Newly Qualified Solicitors and Newly Called Barristers Dinner

Friday 15th November 2013 – The Albert Hall Derby Road Nottingham

Those qualifying for invitations will have been admitted to The Roll of Solicitors or called to the Bar on or after 1st November 2012.

It is customary on this occasion for those newly qualified/newly called to be accompanied by a mentor in the form of a Principal from their firm or a senior member of their Chambers. The NQs and NCs are invited as the Society’s guests and no fee is sought. Those attending with them as mentors, and who will introduce them during the Dinner, are asked to pay £45.
The event is Black Tie and there will be a guest speaker after Dinner.

New Trainee Solicitors & New Pupil Barristers Reception 2013

Tuesday 29th October 2013 – The Galleries of Justice Museum

Reception commences at 6pm8pm approx

Nottingham Junior Lawyers Division will then escort those who wish to go with them to a reception of their own which will doubtless include very loud music and further alcohol.

Those eligible will have commenced their Training Contracts on or after 1st November 2012.
