has been mixed. Insurers are asking for ever more detailed information on the risk
management arrangements your practice has in place.
This course examines the range of risk and compliance issues that all firms must
address if they are to survive and prosper in the light of changes anticipated under
the Legal Services Act and will cover the following:

* Risk assessment, management and control
* What insurers expect. Operational risks
* Strategic risks. Regulatory risks
* File and Case Management
* Supervision and Management
* The life cycle of the file
* Client Care. Client complaints handling
Case studies and exercise included.
