A set of three half day Courses aimed at Private Client Solicitors and those whose work includes Wills and Probate

Professional Negligence in Probate – 16 June 2011
2.00 – 5.00pm (3 hours CPD)
The objective of this trio of half day courses is to provide up to date information and guidance in these important areas of practice and to do so either as a “package” (with a discounted cost to you), or to enable you to select one of more modules at will and to pay for them individually.
The courses, which are tailored to appeal to both those who have been dealing with Private Client matters for a significant period of time, and to relative newcomers to the work will be interactive and will allow for significant question and answer time and for detailed discussion.
The Courses will be presented by Rachel Fletcher of Freeth Cartwright who will address all aspects of the topics set out above and in relation to issues of alleged Professional Negligence will demonstrate how to pursue an action against a Solicitor or Will Writer who has “got it wrong”
The cost of the courses is
Module 1. The Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act. £60 plus VAT (£72)
Module 2. Challenges, Undue Influence, Capacity and Estoppel £60 plus VAT (£72)
Module 3. Professional Negligence in Probate £60 plus VAT (£72)
Those wishing to attend all three modules may make a reduced payment at the time of reservation in the sum of £150 plus VAT (£180.00)
